Fantastic Facility with awesome staff. So friendly and provides a great experience everytime I frequent. Their customer service is exceptional and one of the only gym facilities that provide a genuinely qualified instructor at all times to provide guidance. The pool and creche facilities are great for the kids and whole family. I've also enrolled my kids in the swim school and they have loved it! One of the best all round recreation centres I have been to.

Not a good experience to deal with the staff. Tried to enrol my son for the 2nd term, it's a nightmare. They mixed up my son schedule, the whole problem has became a nightmare and our problem. We have to take the consequences for the mistake they have made. There are plenty of places you can go to get a better service with the same money and nice places but less craps. Heater problem was becoming my intention to miss the class, 25% surcharge if I want a credit back, what a rip off. No make up classes if you miss the classes, the medical certificate is required. Will be nice just a credit back for the next term. What happened when you're up to something on that day. $12 per class, so when you missed, that's it. We missed twice coz we're going on holiday basically we had nothing back for $24. We feel we have been discriminated. It's not a pleasant place to take your bubs there, too stressful.

Great place to take the kids, especially on a hot day. Indoor and outdoor pools and a cool water play area with lots of fountains and jets of water to run in and out of. The indoor kids pool is great for small children as a large area is only 0.1m deep. Plenty of helpful staff too. Also has a nice picnic area with barbeque facilities and a playground. Nice cafe and a gym too!
