Wings Anti-Ageing Spa

Not worth purchasing deals to visit this Day Spa. Their customer service is lacking as i received a txt message notifying me that they are closing for 2 weeks for renovations a few days before my appointment. When calling to reschedule there was no way to get through to them. Expected more from them and am disappointed. Not going to bother in the future.

Living Social Customers (and other voucher customers) BEWARE. Below is Wings Day Spa's cancellation policy which they do not advise when you make an appointment. You cannot get an appointment on a weekend and you have to wait at least 3 months. They will not return your calls or your emails if you cancel on the day of your appointment, even though they changed the appointment time. They are rude and unhelpful --------- "Sorry, but you give very short notice. Cancellation Policy for promotional deals vouchers (purchased via group buying websites such as Scoopon, LivingSocial, Deals, etc) .All bookings require a 24 hour cancellation notice. .All cancellations MUST be done in writing via email .Cancelling within the 24 hour period will classify your voucher redeemed. .Not showing for a booked appointment will classify your voucher redeemed. .Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced .There are no exceptions to this policy"

Wonderful experience. Staff were attentive and we enjoyed a wonderful massage and facial. The kitchen area was a little untidy. But you could help yourself to selection of tea and chilled filtered water.
