The entire place smacks more of a money laundering operation than any sort of professional service provider. Accessories looked like they'd been purchased from the markets (very scruffy packaging) and computers all had Arabic versions of Windows (with potentially dubious software licences) pre-installed. If I was in a bind for a replacement mouse or speakers and there was absolutely no other shop open at the time, I might consider them - but that's a very big "if." As for technical knowledge and perceived ability to resolve computer issues, well, let's just say I'd rather entrust my computer to a bricklayer than to them.
