I bought my bike from here about a year ago and the service from one of the salespersons (Paul) was excellent. He didn't rush the sale while still doing his best to assist me in the correct purchase out of the bikes they had on offer. Over the later part of the year however, the after sales service has been terrible. I had to take my bike back to the several times to get my derailleur's adjusted correctly which turned out to be a cable seating issue diagnosed by another store in the end. The store also swapped a few of my parts without any of my knowledge and were quite defensive about it until the mechanic communicated that it had indeed taken place. The bike was also returned back to me with scratches along the top tube that look like they came from the workstand. In short, my bike came back in a much worse position than when it came in and several trips back to the store didn't alleviate the problem. Lizzi (the manger) did however seek to resolve the problem when I was able to get in touch with her. I believe the issue lies with the disparity between the salespersons and the mechanics and their very defined roles. When picking up my bike back, I requested to show one of the salespersons the still apparent creaking noise the bike was making. He replied back stating even if they did diagnose it, they wouldn't be able to fix it. This was fine, but I didn't even get the opportunity to do so, which would have been helpful to atleast indicate the problem to the mechanic or someone that could fix it later on. The sales persons are also the ones that take your bike to and from the mechanic, so it leaves any notes completely in their hands that's exchanged only verbally, not written down or ticketed. In short, check them out if you're buying a bike, but don't expect the same service when you take it back for a service. The store used to be much better around late 2011/January with some older and more experienced staff, but has largely degraded during the time of writing.

The best bike store i've been too in my life! The service was second to none and unlike most stores, the staff were genuinly concerned about finding me the best bike possible. 5 stars easily

The guys at this store took great care of me and helped me in the purchase of my new bike. Would highly recommend the shop and their services. The environment is great, and you feel at ease with the staff. Thumbs Up.
