3/3 Called three other florists in Melbourne, explaining I was calling all the way from the US to have a bouquet delivered to the clocktower center on a sunday afternoon, and all I got was runaround until i called here. Tanya (hope i spelled it right) was very friendly and professional. If I ever do visit Melbourne, I will make sure to pass by and give my thanks.
