Ace Comics & Games LTD, 2/121 Queen Street, Brisbane

Don't know if it was the norm with this store, was only in it once, but they had a bunch of loud mouth a-holes up the back mouthing off in a way that was offensive to multiple communities in society. The guys running the place either didn't hear or didn't care and are nowhere near as friendly as the staff in the other comic book stores in town. I get it's a comic book store but for them it's a business and that requires a bit of professionalism and customer focus on their part. Just because it's a niche market, doesn't mean they only have to cater to the fanboys who walk in sporting the latest batman t-shirt, other people, FROM ALL WALKS OF SOCIETY, may enter their store. Maybe they were just having a bad day but I won't be running back there every Thursday. The good things about the store are that they have a good selection and reasonable prices on a lot of their stock. Out of the 3 comic book stores I've been to however, this is the least desirable in my opinion. I would, however, be open to giving them another try down the line.

Great store. Very friendly staff.. Huge range of manga and graphic novels.
