I have known Terry and his team from Achilles concrete for a number of years and have always recommend them to anyone who asks great work friendly manner

Called this "tradesman." Seemed pleasant and helpful enough. Arranged a time to meet him at our place to do a quote. Took the afternoon off to meet him. Waited at home at the appointed time and they never arrived. Did not call either to say they were late or could not make it. At 5:30pm (arranged time was 4:30-5pm) called their number and left a message asking if they were still coming. They never called back. So I wasted a afternoon for this idiot. Called them again a few days later, asked if I had got the time wrong (I hadn't - I was giving them a polite entree into explaining why they had not turned up) and he said he didn't make the appointment because "I am too busy and I don't need the work." Well you are not getting the work! Summary: Useless lying tradesman that you would be best to avoid!
