3/3 I've been a part of Active Lifestyles since its beginning 6 years ago and not only have they looked after my health and wellbeing over that time, they grow and develop their business to suit the needs of their members. They cover every area of fitness training perfectly and personally. They have an outstanding Weight Loss program, Yoga, Pilates & Meditation classes. I could go on & on about how much they have changed my life for the better. But i'm late for a P/T session. Check it out, you won't be sorry :)
