3/3 The approach by the clinic is wholistic. Our Pilates sessions are second to none. The instructors highly qualified professionals completely dedicated to their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has sustained an injury or wishes to prevent injury. The staff have an ethos of concentrating wholly on the individual with respect and dignity. I have undergone physiotherapy sessions and just love my two sessions of pilates per week.
