I am prompted to write to congratulate you and your staff on prompt and excellent same day service today. From the courteous and helpful receptionist when first calling your office. To the professional and efficient manner of the technician who attended to the problem. The prompt diagnosis of the issue, an offer of a second-hand thermostat, advice that a full unit service was not required at this time. Both saves me money and engenders trust in your organisation. I was not over serviced, nor inconvenienced by unavailable parts. It is gratifying to receive service that exceeds expectations. Airfix serviced my heater & cleaned the ducts. The technician was rude, arrogant and condescending towards me. When I rang to advise the company I was told that as they use sub contractors, they couldn't do anything. No apology, nothing. I will never use this company again and I will let all my friends know about the way they treat their customers.

I recently had my ducts cleaned, and found the service to be very professional and well priced for the service provided. Definitely recommend.
