Airport Doors, 69-75 High Street, Melton

Got two single panel lift doors installed with two new motors in Mulgrave and they moved the old Merlin Motor to my back door. Installation and all other things were good and well timed. The initial relocation of my old motor was not installed properly because the technician accidentally pulled out the arial but could not relocate it to function properly. He said other techs will fix it. After sales service and follow up on complaints is terrible. The wrost example I have seen in 40 years. I called them 13/12/2012, 8/1/2013, 14/2/2013, 20/2/2013, 21/2/2013 & today 25/2/2013. I still do not know what the hold up is. All they have to do is send someone out to fix it but they keep coming up with excuses or not returning my call. The first person I called was the owner Frank on 13/12/2012 as well as on 14/2/2013 but still not fixed. You have to wonder how they run their business? The seal under one of my doors also was creased in the box before it was installed and there is a six inch long gap under my door now. Lisa in service said she will call me back in half hour but we wilkl see.... I will keep you informed on the progress
