Albion Chrysler Jeep Dodge

We took our Chrysler Voyager here for about 4 years, always hated the service. They don't keep anything in stock, like something as basic as a battery or door handle, and when our sunroof leaked under warranty, blamed it on us for parking under trees. The saving grace was they used to open the service department fairly early, but made it much later in the new premises so now there is often a horrendous queue of people waiting to drop vehicles off. Albion is a nightmare, we go to Redcliffe instead.

I love cars and in particular Jeep! My father loves them and so does my brother, in fact my entire family are all Jeep mad! And I cant see any reason why our love for them would change in the next generation of family members to come through. The love of Jeep has also been a key part to the exceptional service and sales experience we have had dealing with this group Leo Muller No. 1 in Australia. The entire culture is hassle free and they will do the best they can everytime without fail. Go Leo Muller.....Love ya Guts!!

The service from Albion Jeep Chrysler Dodge was above and beyond what I expected. After test driving cars at different dealerships, Russell was the most helpful and informative salesperson. I will be recommending Albion Jeep to everyone I know because I just love my new Grand Cherokee.

Avoid this place at all costs if you like your car and your state of mental health! In one occasion the installed a bar under my car (sorry I'm not technical not sure what it was) with all the packing and mail slip and the rest still hanging off it. I noticed it a few days later when I was walking towards my car from a distance and saw the plastic and paper waving in the wind under my car had to go under the car and rip them off. In another occasion I asked for rear floor mats, they left front mats in the car for me, when I told them about it they took them off me but it took them two months and six follow up phone calls to return my money. In another occasion the battery was replaced on my car but then the battery cover was missing. When I made an enquiery about it it took them two days and a follow up phone call to get back to me and say it has been eaten off by battery liquid which I'm sure has not been the case because I looked at it the day before dropping it off at the service centre. There was minimal corrosion on battery and no leakage and the cover was in mint condition. I had rain water leakage in the car I took it to them and they were not able to fix it. I took it back to them and they said they will have to ask Chrysler how to fix it! My car was not starting properly, I took it to them and they said it is "normal" for Diesel cars. I told how come I never had this problem in the past three years I had the car, they just made some explanation up. In a month time my car stopped starting all together and had to call RACQ. Turned out to be something as simple as dead battery!

Customer service as it should be. The staff are kind, courteous and respectful. Every time I have dealt with the team at Albion Chrysler Jeep and Dodge they have met and exceeded my expectations. Absolute pleasure, I would recommend them to everybody.
