Alfio Classic Car Restoration

Unfortunately dissapointed. We are a chrome electroplater and have money owed on 3 jobs. It has now been 3 or 4 years.......i have lost count. Do not be fooled by a man who is all smiles and convincing. Is he a man? ........i wonder what to call a person like this! I would rather not say

So far I couldn't be happier with my car after Alfio worked on my HZ Kingy, doing a complete restoration . The restoration took place in 2009 and the body work and paint is still first rate, still lustrous and shiny. Photos were provided at all stages of the restoration and he explained everything he wanted to do, and listened to my ideas and worked out how everything would be done. I've twice been back in 2010 and again in 2011 for small enhancement jobs as I customise the car. Alfio listens carefully to what you'd like, then adds his experience in to make recommendations to get the most out of the car. Alfio gave me a quote for a reasonable price that included dissassemby, sandblasting, transport, rust repair and replacement, priming and painting, and warranty. He stored my parts during the resto as well. Since the first work began Alfio has been keen to make sure I was happy with his service and his workmanship. In my 4th year of doing business with Alfio, he's a great craftsman and loves working on cars, when he has sensible customers.

WORST PANEL SHOP EVER-RUINED MY VL CALAIS TURBO Took my original VL Calais Turbo down to this bloke around 12months ago to repair my rear wheel arches, alfio sound so convinsing that the job was going to be mint, after picking up the car and arriving home i relised the paint was allready pealing on the left rear quarter, and the right wheel arch had an enormas crack up the side through the putty which was meant to be welded, i also realised under close inspection that my two rear door trims has spatter burns all over them and same with the carpet in the back seat, spoke to alfio and took my car back down after month and he tried to tell me i cracked the gaurd and it wasnt his fault that the paint was peeling (even though he did paint the car), i had to argue with alfio just so he would repair his own stuff ups, problem was fixed in 2 days yet there was still rust in my boot, he told me he was going to source new door trims and carpet but i have yet to hear from him, i will never go back to Alfios Classic Car Restorations ever again!! if you ask me worst service ever and i advise anyone wanting restoration or panel work DO NOT GO HERE, Alfio, u ruined a perfectly good vl calais from your poor quality of work, i hope you do not rip anybody else off with your dodgey work!!
