0/3 DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. We asked them to create a subcontractor agreement for us. We got it a week late, full of typos and many conditions that we did not ask for. Amendments were not made after we asked them to be changed and they gave us an editable text document at the end (which is not what we agreed on initially) I could have written the document myself and it would have taken me less time than the amount of error checking I did on this document.
