Allamanda Private Hospital

This pertains to the emergency dept: The front desk staff try really hard, but are very defensive, I assume from lots of abuse, which this hospital deserves. My Wife was admitted, and then forgotten about. She spent 2 days in the emergency ward, she had to ask for food, meds etc. The only way she managed to get the doctor to see her was to threaten to leave, he managed to spare 10 minutes from his day to her 36hrs later. There were one or two roses amongst the thorns of shocking service, and those were thanked personally. They went out of their way to make a very unpleasant stay bearable. The level of care received has left a very bitter taste in my mouth, shocking, you should be ashamed of yourself.
