2/3 We had an issue with our gates. Allgate came and quoted the job.The quote was spot on and within a week we had the gate fixed & up and running. There was no additional costs incurred. The staff are lovely, courteous & professional. Thanks Allgate !

0/3 We have an insurance repair for the garage door of an apartment building. The insurance company has approved the repair, but Allgate refused to proceed with repair insisting that the cost will have to be paid directly by the Strata management instead of a 3rd party.

0/3 Called 8 times after sending a remote back, no one ever knows what's going on, 2 faulty garage remote controls which they are dragging their feet in replacing, finally replaced one, still waiting on them to fix the other. Over 5 weeks now. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! I've approached my strata company to stop using them due to the continued incompetence.
