Alpha Airport Parking Melbourne

Wish I could give zero stars. Do not use Alpha under any circumstances. The courtesy shuttle bus is only a courtesy when Alpha decide it is. We arrived home from Perth, called Alpha after collecting our luggage, exactly as requested, and were advised to catch a cab from the airport at our expense! ($17). Four other families were in the same situation. When I complained I was advised that 'it's not our decision, we'll pass onto management". In future I'll pre book online with Melbourne Airport's long term parking, the prices are similar and the service is streets ahead.

Very bad experience with Alpha car parking. I left my car key with the company, as I have chosen the under the cover option. When I came back from my trip, my car was parked outside near the entrance, I found my car was damaged ( dent and paint was scratched on the side), I approached the guy at the reception who denied the damage and then gave me the number ask me to contact the person on claim. I called the number on Monday (09/09) and went o voice mail, finally I was able to talk to the person on Tuesday who told me that she will investigate and call me back. It has been almost 20 days since I contacted her, she never called and every time I called, it just goes to the message bank. Would NOT recommend this company at all.

We used Alpha for the first time recently. We booked online and had excellent service from go to whoa, very prompt. We left at lunch time mid week and returned on a Friday evening. The shuttle-bus driver was very courteous. (Minor gripe:the entry point could be better sign-posted.)

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. I've used 3 or 4 other off site airport parking places and had no troubles. Use anyone but Alpha. Only one that I had to pay up front for.... I now know why. Their website says "meet all flights" but they don't.. If your flight comes in after 11pm you have to catch a cab ($15) to get your car. Their "secure" parking apparently includes other businesses car parks, as when I arrived the man behind the counter vaguely told me the car was across the street and there it was, unsecured.

By far the easiest and most hassle free airport parking experience!! No driving around on an endless search for somewhere to park on-site and then waiting for a bus or walking all the way across to departures (managing luggage in stairwells and lifts). The staff at Alpha were friendly and extremely helpful - and the rates are less than half what I would have paid on-site at the airport. I was SO sure this would take longer - but it is actually quicker. Thank you Alpha - I will be back.
