Amazing Amazon

Was pretty let down and angry to be honest, I hade bought a red desert scorpion from this shop no advice was givin and in fact i was hurried and pushed out of the store when i asked to see the accseseries for the scorpoin tanks i was giving nothing but the most expensive products avalibile after repeating twice im sorry but im not paying 100 dollers for a thermastat, anyway upon leaving the shop i noticed that the wire mesh for the top part of the enclosure was broken and bent also the lamp i bought was faulty, im not even going to go back there to get a discount im am going to (AVOID) going to this shop ever again they buy all there goods from china and are making 1000+ profit worst shop ever all about the money they dont care about the reptiles naw the custermers for that reson!!

Bought a 6 Foot aquae one fish tank. It was leaking. Shop owner Paul was very helpful. Organised to swap a new tank for me in a timely manner. Enjoyed service and like friendly staffs working for the company.

I visited amazing amazon to purchase my first snake, they helped me with every avenue covered. Great range of reptiles and things to go with them. fantastic service, will be back soon to get some fish, great variety.

I only visited Amazing Amazon once, but I will be reluctant to return and will never buy a fish there. One of their tanks featured a goldfish with severe signs of disease (very still, covered in white cottony mould type stuff and jammed between the filter cover and pipe accessories). I thought the fish was dead, or at the very least severely diseased to the point it was difficult to look at. When I advised a staff member that they had a casualty in the goldfish section, he advised me that the fish was 'perfectly healthy'. I'm a long term goldfish keeper, and the fish was definitely not healthy, if it was alive at all. I understand the unfortunate fact that Aquarium shops will inevitably lose fish and experience infection in their tanks on occasion. But the fact that they were willing to sell the fish and advise customers that it was healthy is absolutely abhorrent. I will never by a fish from Amazing Amazon for fear of being deceived and contaminating my healthy aquarium.
