Amy's Flowers

Amy recently did the flowers for my best friends wedding, they were amazing. The wedding was all white Lillies and were all at the perfect open stage on the wedding day. Many guests commented on the table flowers being so beautiful. The bride bouquet was exactly what she had described, The bride could not have been happier. If you are looking for a florist for your wedding that is a realist, helpful and goes the extra to make your day special, go with Amy! Im not sure who the reviewer above is describing, that doesnt sound like the Amy we dealt with at all.

Amy was very helpful and willing to accomodate delivery times as required. Ordered a floral arrangement at 10am in the morning and was delivered as promised at 1pm. Very competitive price (~$60 incl vase) and good service. Phone calls and sms were all replied to promptly. Would definitely use her services again.

I was really disappointed with Amy and her service. When I met her she was really impatient and rude. I showed her a few pictures and styles, and she didn't want to do anything other than a round bouquet. It's important to have mutual respect and an understanding that a wedding is quite an important day. Considering you are paying large sums of money (when really at the flower market in Melbourne, flowers cost one tenth of the price) you would want to work with people that really want to strive to help you achieve your dreams. Amy didn't do that, and even though I was so polite, she never sent me a confirmation sheet, and kept giving me excuses like she forgot and she would send it that night. This happened twice and for two weeks and instead of calling me she sent me a message saying that she was busy and would contact me...never did. So if you want to work with people that are professional and want to make a good name for themselves Amy's florist isn't it. Save your self the time. I found a wonderful florist in Kew, who knew what customer service was and they were willing to work with me to make my day perfect at a less price!
