0/3 We had a booking for a double room. We were running a little bit late for our ETA of 7pm, but reception was supposed to be open till 9.30pm. Got a call as we were driving up, the receptionist was leaving early to go to a party. She was unapologetic about leaving us stranded with no place to stay. We decided to keep going to Apollo Bay and sleep in the car if we couldn't find another backpackers. Luckily, the YHA was still open, and super friendly. They were understanding and apparently this backpackers has never been reliable. So, I don't actually know what the rooms were like but the service is crap.
