Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The staff are always friendly, always smiling and always enthusiastic to help you. The process is modern, the advice is usually very good, and if I have ever had a problem with my computer or charger, they have been able to get it fixed within a few minutes or provide me with a replacement that day. My only criticism would be that sometimes the staff are so enthusiastic to the point of coming across as insincere. Then again, this seems to be the model that Apple uses to train staff at all of its stores, so maybe it works.

Bought an iphone 5 last Friday and all fine with the product so far but the hour I spent there was all bluster,spin, and mistake after mistake. I am still waiting for an emailed receipt and after 3 attempts still don't have it. Why is this so hard?

Had to wait for the only free staff to stop speaking to each other about their weekend and was then told next "available booking" was hours away. I have a new 3G ipad that has slower internet speed than my old ipad using my iphone as the modem. im over the ihype!

What an awful shallow shrine to the gods of senseless capitalism. Full of kids who can't use the computers they sell. Stay away.

The Apple Store at Hornsby is amazing. I love the whole concept of the Apple Stores. No other computer company does this!!! Their One2One programme ($120-odd) is amazing. You HAVE to buy it when you get a new Mac- and MAKE the time to go: they teach you everything you need to know about your product and how it all works- from i-movie to backing up, to how your system works- anything you are hazy on or want to know- the staff are excellent and patient and highly knowledgeable with this. Sadly, Apple products are not quite as good quality as they used to be... I've had two laptops- a G4 (2001) and a Macbook Pro (2011) : the G4's screen broke off after 4 years & the screen had a fault. The Macbook Pro's HD did a wheels up & had to be replaced after only 18months. My HD was replaced promptly & as part of my warranty. The staff at Hornsby were great ! My deskbound i-mac (2009) was a superb buy- still going strong- avoid the apple wireless mouse & keyboard though. Mac tech. Support over the phone is excellent too: Helped me rescue all my i-photo. stuff last year.
