Have had nothing but friendly service and good advice from these guys. They did a lot of work for me and made me feel very valued. All the workers know a greet me by name only after meeting them once. They were constantly sympathetic of my situation and tried to give me a package that suited my needs and budget. Excellent, prompt and clearly explained. Had my new car pre-purchase inspected and they helped me shave $1000s off the asking price. Then I had them fit full new suspension and long range fuel tank. Everything done on time and high standard. Staff happy to talk about options.

These guys are absolute butchers, after having a transfer case repaired and air lockers fitted the rear diff blew up just out of warranty period and the diff shop found the crown wheel bolts were loose. the rep at arb said they don't touch the crown wheel even though in the air locker installation instructions it clearly says that they do, and also when having the clutch replaced some of the transmission crossmember bolts were missing after they repaired the transfer case... pretty sure keilor and thomastown are owned by the same people so i'd steer clear and find another branch...
