Arnold's Ribs & Pizza, Shop 11, St Martins Village/15 Saint Martins Crescent, Blacktown

Arnold's Ribs & Pizza is apparently under new management, so I thought I'd give it another go! In short: I ordered BBQ Pork ribs and ended up with 1/2 pork ribs, 1/2 something else (beef?) ribs. The meat was plain and didn't have the signature smokey flavour you would previously find at Arnold's, nor did it have much BBQ sauce. The only real change is that they finally have EFTPOS. I ordered a small supeme pizza. The base was not cooked properly with the dough being all placid and raw. The toppings were awful and tasteless. I would not recommend this pizza store at all. I only had a small pizza that turned out uncooked and tasteless. I dare not want to imagine if i had a large.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 10 chicken garlic balls. Firstly the dough on one of the pizzas was barely cooked and still stretchy then after biting into a garlic ball found out that it was also severely under cooked and the chicken was still rare (see photo). My house mate ate 2 quite quickly not realising that they were undercooked as they are crumbed and quick eating with powerful garlic flavour left him unaware that they were still raw until I told him. We called up to explain what happened and try get a refund and we were told it was our own fault for eating the balls then hung up on us. I give this whole experience a 2/10 as I can only imagine been force fed human excrement a less pleasant dining experience. If your reading this and considering eating at Arnold's just source other food even if it's 2 week old left overs from the fridge bc anything is better then this poison.
