0/3 Online Cert IV in training and assessment. Good quality but very limited support- Friday afternoon phone call for aprox 20 mins. Trouble understanding the online power points and documentation. No clear instructions for assignments, made it difficult to complete them. There seemed to be a lot more work than equivalent courses. No flexibility in completing tasks in your own time- at the end of 10 weeks, the course and support stopped suddenly and everything needed to be in.
