My family and i had a great rental experience from Ascot Car Rental, they really do offer the best pricing for new rental cars, we investigated the rental prices with the other rental companies and Ascot was the most competitive on price and excess, the excess was only $330 which was one of the lowest excesses going around. Ascot offered a free delivery and pick up service which was great and this really saved us much time and money. We would rent a car from this company in the future.

A bit shocked at rates, almost double what others offered. Couldn't comment on anything else

The car was delivered one hour late at the start of the hire. On delivery, one back seat of the car was covered in a mass of animal? hair. We had to pay for the cleaning of the car on return! A deposit was deducted from our credit card account as soon as the car was reserved by phone and not returned until two weeks after completion of the hire. No "pre-authorisation" According to Ascot we should have complained during our trip rather than at the end of the hire. No reason to recommend this car-hire company owing to poor customer service.
