Charmaine provided me with an instant estimate of my expected tax return, and needed me to send in only a couple of extra bits of paperwork to complete the return. I did a lot of the preparation making the data entry and review as quick as possible. My tax return was processed very efficiently once everything was finalised and the money received from the ATO directly into my account within two weeks. The cost for services was very reasonable for a moderately complicated tax return and much less than my previous accountant. We also discussed superannuation and other financial planning matters to consider for the future. I will definitely be looking forward to working with Charmaine again this year.

My partner and I had a very disappointing experience with this company. It was a shame as we were referred to them by a friend. I asked a question about a medical rebate and was charged by the accountant to research this information on the internet and charged also for the time she took to email me back this was 37% of my medical rebate. For a very simple tax return I feel they overcharged us. There were a few other issues such as the computer program shutting down during our appointment, she was answering her phone while we were in our appointment (which we were being charged for). We felt that they lacked in customer serivce when we were expressing our concerns about their invoice.
