Talk about stuffing around! I definitely would NOT recommend these guys - they've not a ounce of skill or professionalism. They measured my door incorrectly (just the basics?!), so after waiting three weeks for it to be made and to arrive, it wasn't able to be fitted. They then promised to have it fixed the following day. It wasn't. They then promised it'd be fixed & fitted the following day. It wasn't. They then promised it would be fitted & fixed the following week. It wasn't. Further, during this time they didn't ONCE call me to update me - in fact, they wouldn't even return my calls. When they finally (5 days later) rocked up to fit the door (at 7.30am unannounced!), they STILL didn't have what they needed to fit the door properly and had to make 2 trips back to their office to get their gear. Further, the door was fitted with a huge & unsightly FLOURO GREEN "atlas" logo on the screen guard ("Am I football stadium?", I asked) which I subsequently had them remove because not only was it ugly, but it advertised an organisation that I wouldnt AT ALL recommend to anyone. From the moment the door was fitted correctly, they hounded me (daily phone calls, sometimes two or three) for payment - without ANYONE even bothering to apologise for the eternal stuffing up or the lack of communication to let me know what was going on. Throughout the entire process, I had made my dissatisfaction VERY CLEAR to various staff members, yet nobody in the organisation at any point EVER has addressed the outrageously unsatisfactory customer service I received. My advice to you: there are plenty of suppliers out there, don't use these guys.
