Couldn't agree more with the previous review. They came out to service our dishwasher and our oven. Service guy told us that the dishwasher was fine and gave my wife a 20 minute lecture on how to stack a dishwasher and then charged us additionally for it. He told us the oven needed a new thermostat and he would order it and come back to install it next week. The dishwasher was NOT fine, and he never came back with the thermostat, regardless of a dozen follow up phonecalls. They made every excuse under the sun why they couldn't get the thermostat. Eventually it became clear that they never even took the model number of the oven so they physically couldn't order the part and they just couldn't be bothered coming back to get the details. I called Fisher and Paykel who came out and confirmed that the dishwasher was in fact blocked and the motor was burned out! They recommended not to even bother fixing it. Ilve came out and replaced the thermostat on the spot, apparently it is their most common repair, and a common part. Aussie Repairs are a bunch of crooks. They have refused to return my calls or emails since.

Very bad service and rude, avoid using (we had to because they had a contract with the dishwasher company). The business have an answering machine on if you call in the afternoon and make no effort to schedule times (even with a large window) that assist the customer. We waited six months for them to make a time that wasn't in the afternoon so we could be there and then they didn't turn up. The man that did the quote at our home seemed helpful, I think the problem is probably with the management not the workers.
