0/3 Terrible experience. Attempted to clarify terms in the contract and was told "bottom line is, you've signed a contract for a new car." Was also called down to pick up the car, realised none of the extras ordered had been fitted, and then had to clarify the model ordered with manager. Was then told when completing the survey that "a five (out of 10) is equivalent to a one, so please score highly." Recommend Mistubishi reconsider this dealer.
