Worst excuse for a rental company. Were told to drop the car here at 4, arrived at 345 and were told they were closed and we must drive out to the airport. Did nothing but pass the buck and try to get rid of us. Horrid staff with no clue about customer service or sympathy for other people. Each staff member was rude, and should reconsider their career choice (perhaps something like deep sea diving where contact with humans is not required).

I rented with the guys out at capalaba and they did nothing but rip me off with prices and surcharges. I rented with them for 8mths so i spent alot of money then they have the nerve to call me and say that cause one week that i miss my payment which i would pay double the following week they will reprot it stolen and call the cops on me.......... then a young lady calls me (very rude she was too) and says she WANTS me to return it straight away or else they are goin to call the cops............ I WILL NEVER rent from these guys ever again and i wish everyone to be careful of them and go somewhere else as they have no clue how to treat their customers

We rented a ute from Avis on the premise that we would be using it for landscaping purposes. The customer service representative said that would be fine. We returned the vehicle and the designated time, another customer representative looked over the car and said it was fine. An hour later we get a call (a rather surly one at that) stating that we would be charged $120 on top of the hire cost for cleaning the car! So disappointing especially the way in which the young lady approached the conversation. Won't be using you again particularly when they are so many competitors out there with the same offering and in the same price range. If you're reading this shop around - there's better deals with better customer service.
