Never Again - unhelpful, uncaring, downright rude salespeople. First visit on a weekend there were 3 people behind the counter while we were obviously floating around a cot waiting for them to finish their conversation. Eventually gave up and had to interrupt them to get some help. Ended up having to come back another day as they didn't know if they had any left in stock. Next visit resulted in a purchase, after a similar experience as first one. I will never go again and frankly would rather take my time and money elsewhere - wish I had never walked through the door and will actively discourage anyone from ever going there.

Very unfriendly, unhelpful staffs. I would not recommend anyone to go and shop there. when i asked for help, the lady didn't even give me eye contact and let out a sigh. Oh my god. i am so sorry for taking away from what you were doing. I asked her to show me how to operate a pram. she told me she forgot how to do it. hopeless... I could easily bought a over one housand dollors pram today.. oh well.. their loss.. please don't shop there. i would not even give one star rating if there is a zero start rating. I went to baby bunting 2 days later. The asistants were so helpful. They showed me how to set up the pram and close the pram. and also helped me with color selection. They were not pushy at all. I ended up buying all my baby items there. please check out baby bunting. great place.

Ther new owners at Baby Junctoin are fantastic and have restored our faith after being let down time and time again by the previous owner. They have come in to the business in unfavourable circumstances and deliverd professional service, kept communication open, and went the extra mile for us to ensure we had our goods while they were picking up the pieces. We are so greatful for their effort and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again.

We bought more than $1000 of stuff from Baby Junction. They have a decent range but are let down by woefully slow service. You can easily stand around for 30 mins hoping to get served and in the dozen or so times I've been it's always the same. The staff seem really overwhelmed and we've had to chase things up quite a few times - don't expect to get a call when something you ordered comes in. If you know what you want, and are happy to wait for it, then BabyJunction is ok but don't go if you're in a hurry!
