Banjara Indian Restaurant, 1145 Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill

Hi, I'm the same person that did the original rating. My issue with Banjara was the fact that when we inquired about delivery and SPECIFICALLY ASKED ABOUT THE COST, they said there was no cost. They also overcharged me an additional $1 on top. I live less than 1km from there - if I was aware delivery would cost $5 I would have got it myself. My advice to others is to ensure you check your bill when you pay if you choose to go there. I'm happy with the quality of the Indian food and price I get from Sherhazade. While I've always picked up my order from them, my understanding is they deliver for free for orders over $40.

Scott and Amy are off their chopsticks. - I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years now and I'll tell anyone who will listen about how good it is. I agree with Priya - the owners Suzie and Mark even remember my name when I go in. - The food there is awesome. Value for money, ambience, quality and quantity - everything you could ask for less than $15 - AND THATS FOR RICE AND CURRY.

@scott_and_amy what are you complaining about?! do you ever get anything delivered for free?! you said it yourself that the food is great. i have personally been a loyal customer for 6 yrs and i have tried every other indian restauraant within 5kms and no-one in the area can beat banjara on quality, quantity, service and ambience put together. and just so you know the owners do not work in the same restaurant as there are 2. the wife, Suzie, works at the camp hill one and the husband, mark, work at the cannon hill one. the comment you have made is untrue.
