This is the second time I have had the displeasure of dealing with these people. On both occasions the pickup time was not adhered too even though they would only give me a 3 hour window that I had to be home for. Once picked up I had to chase them up 3 days in a row (with the promise of a call back each time). Eventually given a quote to fix the washing machine, which was about the same cost as a new one (not their fault that happens quite a lot) Told them to keep the machine, which gets given to charity to recycle (well done) Was then told there will be a $20 pickup fee. Which is the first time they had mentioned it would cost. Then there was a $44 dollar quote fee. Again the first I had been told about any cost for the quote. I explained I was OK to pay but they really should let the customer know first. They tried to tell me that's not their issue, they don't have to tell me unless I ask. I was then told they need to cover their costs, which I am fine with, however they need to tell the customer FIRST! Very poor customer service, if you can avoid them i suggest you do.
