Friendly and helpful staff. room had great view over budgewoi lake

I stayed with my wife last week Feb 09. This resort is located in a beautiful lake and wonderful location. It has pool with lake view, restaurant, bar and everything for a good resort. But the whole maintenance inside the resort is very poor. noting is pleasant looking inside. the rooms are bit ok. but the carpet, walls, beds, linens are not good. Overall quality is zero. If they can maintain well, it would be better place to stay. Otherwise.. leave it to you...

I and my wife stayed at this location on Saturday night the 3rd January 2009. List of complaints all revolve around room 505. Toilet running all night, Air Con Vent flap hanging from roof, Broken Tile in Cupboard, Kettle Lead Flashed when turned on, Hole in Wall beside Bed, Marks on Ceiling, Green Furniture Chipped, Split, Damaged. Towels Frayed, Curtain old, and Frayed Torne Stained, Window not working, and Sticky stuff on Balcony. Bed Lumpy and falling away towards the Floor. Carpet Stained and Cigarette Burns. Hole in wall beside bed and damaged and dirty walls.
