Great service I have been to this salon and its a good place to have colouring done to your hair.If you are anything like me and use a lot of products on your hair especially if you like try out home colours-then at this salon they will if you ask remove and restore your old hair-colour. The cuts are good as well . I alwys like to tell the hairstylists as to how I would like to have cut or styled so there are not mistakes. The service is great.

I wanted to find a suburbian hairdresser I could trust so when a "daily deal" came up I thought it was a great way to give them a chance to show me what they could do. My foils bleed right at the front of my hair line and paid extra for a toner that she simply put on and washed straight off (anyone who's had a toner knows that's not how it works - so a hairdresser should know!) Not something you can hide, a glass was smashed near me and no apologies or to see if I was okay as it was sprayed over me. Simply an unenjoyable, unprofessional and dull experience. Not recommended.

ZERO stars for this business in relation to the massage therapist. Beginnign with being told I had selected a deep tissue massage, when in fact I hadn't been offered any option when booking by phone. I requested a swedish massage and was told he "didn't do them." He then returned to the room and said he could do anything I wanted. Well that was obviously not true. I was treated rudely; I was told to be quiet; I was not ALLOWED to ask for firmer pressure. I had written "soft to moderate pressure" on my form as I have had experiences before of over enthusiastic masseurs, yet apparently when I found that I'd like a little more pressure I wasn't allowed to change my mind. I demanded and received my money back, with the therapist's comment "Here's your money and there is the door". When I tried to make him see that I had just been trying to ask for a little more pressure he was incredibly rude and refused to hear me out. Be warned. Stay away. Apparently they think that people who bought a $29 discount voucher are not entitled to decent service or a decent massage.
