Beauty's A Curse

First time. Staff were very friendlyand talkative. Salon also very welcoming and modern. Very pricey compared to what i have been to previously. Colour faded very quickly within a week from red to mousey brown; went back and asked them to redo it given how much i had spent on it 6 days ago; WITH their special shampoo they sold me for $40 on the first visit. While i was there decided on a cut too. Did not charge me for the colour touch up, but charged me for the shampoo (i do not think this was fair given i would not have been there if it had not been for the colour fading so quickly in the first place. In good faith it would have been nice to leave that out; and blowdry (which i did not ask for nor need). Ended up being a very expensive month on hair (approx $250) and gained very little from the experience except frustration and a sorry looking bank account. Second colour done faded quite a lot within 2 weeks; did not and will not bother calling again. Have since used DIY colours and have worked wonderfully and stayed bright and vibrant for a longer time..saving hundreds.
