Incredibly unprofessional and dangerous health standards. Was given used disposable underwear that was not in a packet and a wet towel to cover myself with. The waxing table had dirty towels on it that had talcum powder from the last however many clients and looked dirty. Avoid at all costs. Extremely disappointing.

I have been a regular visitor to this day spa for nearly 2 years. I found their treatments to be quite unique especially their spa packages which does wonders for me after a stressful week of work. I frequently enjoy a few hours of pampering with my friends on Saturdays (a real shame they are not open on Sundays). I find the staff there to be very friendly and have provided me with some useful beauty tips. I can really feel improvement in my skin ever since I started going there. I got to know one of the therapists quite well and me and my friends often receive complimentary gift packs during our visits. They really try to make us feel special. I have never experienced anything like the previous review, but I guess some people like to complain when they can not receive discounts. I guess you really won't know how good a service is until you try it yourself, I will continue to recommend this place to the people I know!
