I found the service and 300c purchased to be Great!!!! I recently purchased a 300c from Best Buy Autos Cabramatta, I have to disagree with a previous comment on them being pushy I found the sales and finance staff to be very easy going and easy to talk to kind of people, the car is everything I wanted and more. 100% Happy and satisfied and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had recently bought a car from them. Saw their ad on gumtree and contacted them. The guy was extremely friendly and even when I arrived there, the sales person remembered me. So I was pretty happy with their customer service. The nightmare started when I was checking the car out. They DID NOT allow me to do a test drive before I bought the car. They insisted on taking my information, drivers license and etc before I went on the test drive. I gave in to the pressure and pushing they forced on me. I was really intimidated. It was my first time buying a car from the second hand dealer. The salesperson only let me drive a bit, less than 5 mins. I could only drive on path guided by the salesperson. Which obviously was not able to notice any problems with the car. They were not honest with their information as well, I was told there were no accidents on the car. Later when my mechanic had a look at it, I was told that the front parts and components were replaced and were taken from the wreckers. By the end of the test drive, the management office had already processed all the documents to buy the car. And they kept forcing their car insurance on me. Later googling showed that the policy was so bad, i could consider it as scam. it cost me 1000aud. Less than a week owning the car, halfway driving on the road, smokes started coming out from under the hood, and oil gushing out from the side. Since i was driving, the oil spluttered all over the wind screen. I couldn't see and it scared the S*** out of me. The mechanic later told me that it was a bad job on replacing the parts of the car that caused tubes and cables to grind against moving belts. First week owning the car was the most stressful week of my life. I regret buying a car from them and mostly pressured into buying it. I will not buy another car from them ever.
