0/3 Staying at the hotel for a wedding in Batemans Bay and was disappointed on so many levels. Firstly when we arrived we were told that the credit card payment paid months prior was declined (no effort was made to inform us) and we had to upgrade and pay extra due to lack of rooms. Then we were told we had to leave $100 deposits on the rooms and the rooms had to be examined before getting our money returned, a practice I have never experienced before which made me feel like a criminal. The website implies that Wi-Fi and free breakfast is available when in fact it is additional.
