Hmmm... Good range of bikes, nice staff. But lack of quality assurance methods has made my experience with their entire company a living hell. You can't change stores you get your bike serviced at if you move house etc., despite being promised 3 times that I could before I brought the bike. My bike has never come back better after a service, meaning several repeat visits every service to get things fixed. Thus I have to drive 60 mins return to the store I originally brought the bike from, times two or three, to have it repeatedly fixed. I've been told to not bother coming back by a manager at Dandenong because I was annoyed I had to wait 75 mins on a Friday night while they serviced my bike after building a couple others, despite having it at the store for four days already and being two days overdue. They also didn't add the extra parts I wanted to purchase from them. Despite the fact that I've spent over $4100 on the bike and parts at their stores, I still get treated like the annoying customer. Quality assurance and service is really important; it isn't just about pumping new bikes out to customers. The one strong redeeming feature of Bicycle Superstore is that most of the staff ride and love it. Lots of other brands just hire clueless retail staff. I may buy a bike from them again as their demo bikes are well priced, but I won't even bother having it serviced there unless it's a warranty issue.

True customer. These people take their time to help you with any queries you have. Bought my bike there, got free fitting and best customer service I've ever had!

Great Service, Lots of Information Given - I went there on the weekend and the staff are generally knowledgeable and gave me heaps of free advice and recommendations. I went and researched on the web and decided on buying from a store, so that I had a place to go in case I had a problem.

Was researching kids bikes - spoke to well informed guy at the store and ended up with Giant bikes that the kids love. Also got my husband a great xmas present! Would highly recommend this over Kmart/Big W bike.

This store has no price match policy. Wanted to buy parts for my bike - they were $39.95 there and about $16 online (delivered) from an online store. Rather than buy online where I'd have to wait a week or so for delivery I thought I'd ask the sales guy if he would price match (or at least come somewhere close). He dismissed me as if I'd insulted him...I can't understand that attitude since stores like this are in a competitive market. Don't they realise that?
