Bicycle Workshop

I had my bike serviced there, most unsatisfactory. I would not recommend them.

I was extremely happy with my experience at the Bicycle Workshop in Ringwood. I was looking to upgrade my mountain bike which I bought from them about 6 years ago. I told Hans my requirements. Hans was extremely knowledgable and help and took the time to go through the different bikes with me. I test rode a few bikes before settling on a road bike. I am extremely happy with my purchase and have been riding it nearly every day since December. I have taken advantage of their free service too. Both David and Hans are knowledgable, and extremely helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Bicycle Workshop. I have recommended many friends and family there and they too have talked about good experiences.

I am bitterly disappointed with The Bicycle Workshop in Ringwood. They have given me terrible service and no support for a problem that they caused, even though I have been a loyal advocate for the past few years. After buying 4 bikes in the last 12 months, and recommending to family and friends that have bought another 6 bikes, today the store manager refused to fix my son's Christmas present, trying instead to charge me another $70. I would suggest you look elsewhere if you want ongoing service and peace of mind.
