Big W, Ringwood

I didnt some shoping at the Eastland store earlier today. I found my way to the ladies toilets and was appalled at the stench and condition of the ladies toilet facilities. The smell of stale urine was overwhelming and obviously this room has not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. There are 2 toilet stalls, one of which does not have a lock. I spoke to the staff to complain about my experience as the staff member sighed and said complaints have been made a number of times and nothing has been done. This person encouraged me to make a complaint to management. Lets hope this time the management demonstrate the way in which they value their customers and provide clean and safe facilities

Head office really need to do something about the air conditioning. I walked into the store about 10 metres, it was hot, muggy & airless (it was only 30C & 10am) I'd hate to be a staff member & have to work in such conditions....... it's 2011 not the dark ages, BIG W....... INSTALL A BLOODY DECENT AIR CONDITIONER if not for your staff do it for your customers
