I had a very good experience with them. Went all the way from Melbourne to geelong and got a good warm welcome. Hayden was very helpful from his initial reply to my inquiry on car sales to the final documents he helped me out and their was no pressure whatsoever. He knew I wasn't there to waste his time and he returned the favor. I bought a Toyota Yaris Demo at a very good price. and I am happy with the over all experience. I believe I will return to them and speak to Hayden for my next car, instead of trying my luck anywhere else.

The people working in the spare parts department are unhelpful, dismissive and generally rude. The person I was dealing with seemed genuinely intent on getting me to not order parts through them. While I'm sure not everyone there is like this, I have faced the same attitude on more than one occasion. It's unprofessional and bewildering, as a customer willing to give you my money it doesn't make great business sense to tell me I'm better off ordering my genuine Toyota parts else where. But that's what I'll be doing from now on.
