NEVER BUY A CAR FROM BOORAN HOLDEN BOORAN IS AN ANAGRAM FOR DODGY!!! I bought a used car from Booran Holden and it broke down after the second day. Took it back to get it fixed, which they were not happy to do. Took over two weeks to 'fix' a minor issue, only for it to break down again. Same story - took it back and took nearly two weeks to repair. Got it back from Booran only for it to have a major break down a couple of days later and then they blamed me for driving irresponsibly with the car (even through I had only had it 5 out of 36 days since I have bought it!!!!). Later found out they dodged the mileage on the documents and never gave the car a service when doing the roadworthy. Tried to get out of all their responsibilities under the consumer law and it was only when I sought legal action that they decided to get it fixed. The staff in management and the service centre were extremely rude and act like you are the biggest idiot on the planet. Never had such a bad customer service experience in my life. I had to give up my warranty because I did not trust them at all after what they had put me through. Save yourself time and money by going somewhere else. And from what I can see, others have had similar problems when purchasing a car from this company. DO NOT TRUST THE DODGY LYING CHEATS AT BOORAN HOLDEN (I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not, it was the worst purchasing experience in my life).

This place defines "dodgy" under the dictionary. They will perform items on your car which you never asked for then charge you for it. And also report they did something but didn't. Ha penned to myself and 3 other friends twice in a row. their extended warranty is a scam to sell cars.
