3/3 I'm lucky to live in Bouvard Wood, and have been in my house here for the last 10 years when I first moved to Mandurah. Coming from Sydney I have found WA to be the country's best kept secret, and Mandurah is a piece of heaven on earth. I have a wonderful neighbour who has become my closest friend, and the whole community here is friendly. The area here is fantastically kid-friendly and also very suitable for retirees as there are beautiful beaches, and fishing and crabbing are world class.
