Super cool story bro

Great service centre, just one gripe... The driveways & pumps aren't marked at all to show late night customers where they can & can't get petrol from. A quiet midnight visit had the attendant condescendingly tell me over the P.A that I couldn't fill up at the pump I pulled up to - AFTER making me wait a couple of mins with the petrol nozzle in my car!! I scanned for signage (arrows & out of order signs - which there were none) I pulled to another pump right in front of the shop, AGAIN he made me wait a good 2mins before sternly telling me (over the P.A) that I had to turn my vehicle around before he'd authorize my pump. Frustrated yet in a good mood, I AGAIN moved my vehicle to yet ANOTHER pump right in front of the shop, (still looking for out of order signs & driveway arrows - still none to be seen).. The attendant AGAIN made me wait a good 1 to 1 & half mins before starting my pump. He was standing at the console this entire time. Feeling frustrated at the constant waits, condescending attitude over the P.A, & lack of signage to indicate where & how I can fill up, yet understanding the attendants probable need to follow policy. I politely enquired as to why there were no out of order signs on the pumps a couldn't use, nor arrows on the driveway to indicate vehicle direction. His reply ?? This time it was a very irate attitude with the exact words "Look mate !! I'm not gonna get into this with you, there are NO signs or arrows and there NEVER will be, I don't have to put anything out of order so just give me your money and go !!" Highly unprofessional & unhelpful service - even when I was polite after his previous treatment !! I looked for a name badge to report the incident, conveniently for him - he didn't have one. It was a little after midnight, he was a man in mid to late 40's, dark balding hair, approx 6' 1", and an attitude that was everything BUT customer service oriented. Aside from the time spent with this attendant, everything else seemed nice & customer friendly...
