Bridal Bliss, A/651 Wynnum Road, Morningside

This company is absolute rubbish, I bought items there, found the owner helpful at the time, as she assisted us for our wedding plans, we decided though she was expensive to purchase there anyways, I advised in advance that we will be in and to pay and pick up the products, walked in she had no clue and palmed off the blame on other staff members, 1 of the products was not available so she said she would ship them to us, advised her of when they were required paid and waited. well the deadline came and went and after numerous phone call with a promise from her she'll call....nothing...she even said they were sent and blamed Aust post which is funny considering I had other stuff sent via Aust post from interstate and internationally and received no problem. After numerous emails and phone calls and threats I'll be in, she would not take my calls then had someone else tell me that its the distributors fault and that they had not sent the product to them so they cannot be held liable!!! Finally got a refund, now going crazy looking for the product with only a few days til my wedding, she is a pathetic liar, will assist until you pay then does not come through, she is lucky because I would have reported her to Fair Trading!!!! Do not trust her as looks are deceiving!!!!

I found this place absolutely wonderful! I do not know what everyone else is going on about. The owner was extraordinarily helpful and went out of her way to show me all her range of products. As for the expense, there are always cheaper versions of everything ( as I was on a budget wedding) but she gave me so many ideas to work with. We planned the whole thing and i hired out most things but all the others i bought online for a little cheaper. The service was wonderful and she always kept in touch and could answer all of my questions on the spot. FANTASTIC! Would reccommend Bridal Bliss to anyone getting married! Wonderful store too! (massive range of items and varieties of everything)

I used Bridal bliss for my wedding and found it quite expensive. Given the time again I would not go with this company. The owner doesnt follow through with the plans you give her so be careful.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LADY!!!!!! I got married in September and it couldn't have been more perfect EXCEPT for doing business with the lady that "runs" this business...she's rude and she lies. I bought some products off her and she didn't give me all of the products I had bought. My mother called her that same day and she didn't answer the phone so my mother left a message which was not returned. We had to therefore purchase the products elsewhere and when she was questioned about this she said we had "left" the products there (which we hadn't). We asked her why she hadn't called me to tell me as she knew my wedding was the next day and she had my number because I hired products also with which she replied "not my fault you left them behind"...RUDE! she shouldn't be in the bridal business. She refused to give me a refund and yelled which is very unprofessional! In the end the products we bought elsewhere were actually cheaper and better quality than what she sells! Look around and do your research brides you can find cheaper products and friendlier people out there with a more professional business.
