Very please with my visit! I did read the reviews previously. I was slightly nervous and was shocked as I was delighted with the fitting! Angela was the assistant and was incredible. Took her time on me and showed me all different styles which would suit my big day. Im delighted with the outcome and i can't thank you enough girls. Kayleigh Clegg

I also had a run in with the rude lady (I think her name is Angela) at Brides in Love. My fiancee and i have never been dealt with so horribly in all our lives. My beautiful bride to be was made to feel overweight and was totally disheartened by the time we left. Needless to say, we did NOT make a purchase. For the management of Brides in Love i would recommend that you employ staff who have some knowledge of how to treat people.

I found the service, attention and advice from the staff at Brides in love to be top grade. Nothing was a bother for them. I tried on 3 dresses, all lace ups which take a long time to lace correctly then decided to go back to the first one I had tried on. Yana was a pleasure to talk to and very friendly. I felt completely comfortable and ordered my dress which arrived in a short period of time. I would recommend rides in love in a second. A very pleasant experience for the busy bride!

First of all one particular lady was extremely rude! Firing questions at me like i was in an interview..when you getting married! have you been here before? have you got a card! all in some disgusted tone of voice. Next she yells out across the showroom for a lady to come and help me try on dresses.. the first thing she says to me is "im not even meant to be working today" this lady asked me what dresses i wanted to try on, I pointed out 3 dresses..well I tried the first on which didn't suit me then she asked if there was any other dresses and I said yes the other 2 I pointed out! She wouldn't let me try those on, she ended up going off on a tangent about this other dress that was NOT what i was looking for..tried it on to shut her up really! didn't like the dress she then said oh so many girls have been buying this dress...well lady im not like every other girl..would not recommend this place to anyone wanting friendly service.
