Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto - Ferntree Gully

Don't waste your time and money on Bridgestone Select Ferntree Gully. Before purchasing a 'deal' I called the store, spoke to Simon and asked if a 100k service on an MX-5 would cost much extra. He told me the labour was free, only parts would cost. I then went ahead and purchased the Scoopon based on this information. I took my car in for the 100k service and I'm told by Tim that the Scoopon won't cover the labour for a 100k service....and that would be over $500 extra! I pointed out that I'd been assured by Simon that it was which is why I purchased the Scoopon deal....he repeated his statement. They took the handwritten notes out of my car that I'd made when originally speaking with Simon proving the conversation and what I was told. I had to return and ask for them to be returned to me. They had been stored under the counter. They couldn't 'find' my locking wheel nuts and didn't want to 'rummage' in the boot.....they're the only things in my boot! So they never rotated the tyres or inspected the brakes. And they didn't bother ringing me to ask where they were.....and admitted this! They told me they're open from 7.30am, but they rocked up at 7.50am no apologies....but the excuse the boss has done his back in! I complained to the owner but he chose to ignore me. Take your car somewhere else.
