That's why people use car brokers is my guess :) Have some sympathy for the sales people. Not being a sales person myself, but I know the "buyers are liars" mantra that is often true. Buyers are as bad as sellers. Hence car brokers.... A car broker will make sure the right stuff is entered on the contract as well and help you when things go pear shaped.

This dealer is full of big promises. I purchased an outlander i would get with the deal, car mats, full tank of fuel, full detail, replace driving light cover. They would even drop it to me at my work and take the trade in away with them. I test drove seemed great to drive. Went with the deal everyone seemed great then that was it lost all contact with them for 4 days. I chased them down for the rego of the car so i can get insurance ready so finally on the date it was meant to come i rang them up and again asked for the rego they finally gave it me and said they will drop the car off at 3pm as requested. They turned up at 5pm with no fuel, no light covering fixed, the inside was dirty with the salesmans maccas coffee cup in the car that left a ring in the new cupholders, the radio didnt work. Totally p****d off i rushed to pick up my son from school then took the car back in there 2 days later to hve all the promises fullfilled- and what do you know they were never written down on the contract. After getting very angry to yelling point i got what i had paid for and had to wait 3 months for a new radio unit. These guys are rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Best service I have received in a LONG TIME. I recently purchased a Triton from Southern Mitsubishi and I have to congratulate those guys. When I met Jerome I was greeted with a big smile and also welcomed to the dealership. I felt at ease instantly. Through out the whole process Jerome listened to my questions and provided exellent information in response. When it came to the crunch, I was introduced to Greg, although we negotiated backwards and forwards, we got to a price we were both happy with, once this was over we had a good laugh about the woes of fishing. When I picked up the car Jerome introduced me to the rest of the salesman and said "If you ever need us for anything don't hesitate to call". Well three weeks later my engine light came on, so I proceeded to Southern Mitsubishi to see Jerome. Unfortunately he was on his day off so I spoke to Con. He remembered me by name and also made me the best Cafe Latte I have had in a while, as the car was seen to by the mechanic. It was found that I had a faulty sensor and the part needed to be ordred in. Con came to me and said "Here are the keys for a Nissan Navara, it's just parked at the front. You can take this car until yours is fixed." I asked "How much will it cost me?" his reply was "No Charge." Well i was over the moon as I had an appointment to attend to for work and wasn't sure if I would make it. That evening Con rang me to tell me my car was fixed. I picked up the car the next day and thanked Jerome and Con for their efforts. The car has been a dream to drive and exactly what I needed for work. Top effort guys! Thankyou.
